HA! Who knew?! We just installed them this morning. LO stared at the fan to fall asleep for napping, then when he woke up I let him have some quiet time (as usual), and he stared at it again and went down right away for a 2nd hour of napping (very unusual for him to nap again after a 1 hour nap). So, there you go, add 'ceiling fan' to your baby shopping!

I love our ceiling fans too! They keep our apt at such a nice temperature. Luckily, we never feel the need for AC.

I've always found them relaxing, so I can see why LOs would like it, too. And I've also read that they reduce the risk of SIDS, since they keep the air circulating.

Yeah I saw that about SIDS also. I'm so glad there's already a fan in that room!

the kids i nanny love the fan. we only have a ceiling fan in the dining room..attached to the living where her pack and play will be. maybe ill find myself dragging the pnp in there to distract her!
