DD is teething and has tons of drool. I've noticed that her poor face and chin is getting chapped as a result. Is there anything that would make it better?

My son gets a terrible chapped face from pretty much any change in the weather and drool. I use California Baby's calendula cream multiple times a day when it's bad and then coat it over that with Aquaphor. It takes a couple of days, but it eventually clears up if I'm consistent.

@autumn865: I second the calls for Aquaphor, it usually works overnight with J! I'll put it on him after he's asleep, just in case and pop his binky back in and we're set!

We discovered "weleda weather protective cream" this winter. It was blogged about today. I highly recommend it. It clears up chafe in minutes.
