Hi all, this is my first post here.. Just wondering your thoughts on my chart. This is my first cycle on letrozole and also my first ever triphasic chart. I just can't figure out if FF has my o day correct or if it should be on cd19.

I’m no expert but your cm markings make me think it was earlier than cd19. It might be worth trying opks next cycle just to have more data to compare. Have you tested or are you waiting for af?
Others may have better advice so wanted to bump this for you! You could also post on the POAS boards to get you through the wait. Good luck!

@bhbee: I've been trying to wait at least until 14dpo (if cd13 was o day)
If my temp goes up again tomorrow I might test. Haha. I'm going back and forth

@Lilyj: based on CM and that current O is at least 1/10°F above the previous 6 temps you should be able to confirm O. Your are close to your coverline on some of the first shift that makes it a little iffy... Do you have previous charts to compare shifts to? Or take any OPKs?

@Sams Mom: I didn't use opks.. I know I should have, I just had no luck with them in the past and didnt think of it for the medicated cycle until it was too late.

@Lilyj: are you on Facebook? If so the FAM groups can be really helpful on charts. I think it's in the right area, but not 100% certain it's on the exact right day. What is your average LP?
