@alison206: yay I have a friend on FF! LOL
@dharmainitiative: oooo your chart looks SO good!
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@dharmainitiative: Your chart is looking awesome!!! Eeee! When are you testing?
grapefruit / 4079 posts
@dharmainitiative: Nice looking chart! You need to change your nickname on FF to show your name. Same with you @sslm! You deserve to be more than numbers
@rachel @grace @jojogirl I love having FF Friends!!
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
Ok i THINK i added everyone... this will give me something to do for the dreaded CD1-12
apricot / 368 posts
@JoJoGirl: I hope it's triphasic...That would be sweeeeeeeeet stuff! I have had a triphasic BFN chart (February) so I'm not getting my hopes too far up.
apricot / 368 posts
@Rachel: @sslm: Thanks!!
SSLM, I've been testing since CD26 because at the time I thought I was 10 DPO =( BFN after BFN. I have now decided to wait until FF's recommended test date. Or as close as I can to it.
@alison206: But it doesn't show my FF username, right? (long backstory, but basically someone found me on WB and proceeded to stalk me on it - she threatened to show my in-laws all the details and TTC, printing all 1,000 of my posts as evidence. She has since found me on Pinterest and searched for me on Yelp. I REALLY don't want her to find me on FF lol!!) I changed my URL to be dharmainitiative.
Speaking of, who watched lost? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
grapefruit / 4703 posts
@dharmainitiative: holy crap that's insane!! And I'm a major Losty
apricot / 368 posts
@Rachel: yeah!!!!!!! What did you think of the ending? A lot of my friends hated it... But I loved it!!!!!!! I just spend my whole morning on Lostpedia. Haha. I just rewatched it before I joined HB.
grapefruit / 4079 posts
@dharmainitiative: That's crazy! You can make your nickname whatever you want it to be. It doesn't have to include your name at all.
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@dharmainitiative: I've never seen lost, but my hubby has and was very perturbed that I was speaking to the dharma initiative!
grapefruit / 4703 posts
@dharmainitiative: I loved the ending too! I cried my eyes out. I want to watch it all over again at some point. They show 4 episodes every Monday on G4.
PS - where did your chart go??
apricot / 368 posts
@Grace: LMAO!! =) That's funny. Are you using OPK's this cycle? Are they fading in?
@Rachel: I'm so glad someone else cried!!! It was like, something out of a movie for me, full-on ugly cry, saying "It's just so beautiful..." My URL may have changed when I changed my nickname. Here's the new URL.

I've decided to go with what FF says as far as O'ing, mainly at the recommendation of you ladies (making it the latest O date possible so I'm not disappointed when AF is "late.") That was such a good idea, because with 7 negative tests in a row, you tend to get disappointed...lol. I hate that I have no idea how long this cycle will be. They seem to be getting longer and longer... 29 days, 29 days, 32, and last cycle 37. Here I am at CD32 with no signs of either a BFP or AF so we shall see... Looking at your chart, does the P mean progesterone or prednisone I always forget? Looking good at 5DPO!
Alison, hope your temps stay up!!!
apricot / 368 posts
And just because we can add photos now.... Who loves this movie?!?!?
grapefruit / 4703 posts
@dharmainitiative: hahaha we would totally be IRL friends - I say totes ma-gotes all the time! P stands for Progesterone - I have a short LP (9 ish days) so I've been using natural progesterone cream to lengthen it. Last month is was 11 days, so I think its working
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@dharmainitiative: I did use OPK, but they still suck. I got a very dark negative on CD13 or 14 (can't remember which), so then I started trying them morning and night and got faint lines. I hate them. When I run out of strips, I don't think I'll be using them again.
On the plus side, I think I O'd on Friday. I swear, since working with a bunch of women again, my cycle has been regulating. It's wild.
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
Uggh. Is 6 dpo too early for nausea? Lol. Of course I know it is, but man, it would be nice if this was for pregnancy and not for nothing...
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@dharmainitiative: I don't even know the movie, but I totally say totes ma gotes a lot!!!!!! We should be friends in real life. Move to Canada?
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@Grace: I hope mine regulates from working with women too!!! And yay for o'ing on Friday! Welcome to the TWW. It's just swell.
grapefruit / 4079 posts
@sslm: It is too soon but I've been so tired and I'm blaming it on pregnancy (4 dpo) even though its probably from sleeping to much.
however, I am crampy today and I think AF might show. Gut feeling says this isn't our month.
apricot / 368 posts
Okay, new new URL because I didn't want my old URL to be tied to this account haha
http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/totesmahgoats
@Rachel: I'm so happy to hear that is helping you! Ugh the agony I bet on day 10 and 11 thinking AF was late... Are you taking a B complex too? I think I have like 4-5 friends using that with success to lengthen as well =)
@Grace: Yeah I have mixed feelings about OPK's too. I TOTALLY know what you mean about your cycle regulating working around women. My last semester in school I was surrounded by women and my cycle was like clockwork. I was also on BC so that's probably why but still haha.
@sslm: Hahahaha okay! I'm down to live in Canada! Since the US seems to be falling apart... Did you guys hear about what happened in CO? After hearing about that I told my husband that we are moving to Iceland. There are shootings in banks, schools, gas stations, on the street and now in the movies of all places...I'm scared to go anywhere!!!! =( What a horrible tragedy =(
Anyway, you gotta rent that movie, and watch it in the safety of your own home, "I Love You Man." It's seriously hysterical. Beyond funny!!!! And yes, I think 6 DPO is probably a little early Try reverse symptom spotting! Have you seen us talk about it on WB?
apricot / 368 posts
@alison206: Not to get your hopes up..cramping was my biggest symptom when I got my BFP last time =) I hope you're not out!
grapefruit / 4079 posts
@dharmainitiative: That would be great! I work hard on keeping my expecations really low and to expect AF. Doesn't seem to help the disappointment but it is my goal.
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
@dharmainitiative: I loved Lost but wasn't into the ending Boooo. What's reverse symptom spotting?
apricot / 368 posts
@alison206: OMG that is so true. I mentally prepare myself for AF too but I really haven't noticed less disappointment every time... Why is that?!
@JoJoGirl: Reverse symptom spotting is the bomb. Instead of noticing every little twinge or change in your body, you think up logical explanations for it not associated with pregnancy. For example, I had some breast tenderness on CD24, but I was like "Hm, it must be from fist pumping at the Giants game." (My mom and I were trying to get on the Fist Pump Cam hahah). Sure enough, it went away the next day. Any nausea I feel, I say "Hmmm..Definitely ate something that didn't agree with me." And it goes away. Cramping? Constipation! Skin break out? Must've eaten some chocolate. Increased appetite? I haven't eaten in a few hours. It's about time for me to eat anyway! It really works! I have had less "symptoms" this month than ever. I was the WORST at symptom spotting....
I know I posted this on WB but I'm bringing it over here too =) It's the only thing that I can find funny about periods. The rest of it is just sad...haha

Out of boredom I am looking and picking our future child's stroller. What strollers are you ladies looking at? I've found a few I like such as Britax B-Ready, Bumbleride Indie, and City Mini Elite. Soooo many choices!
cantaloupe / 6206 posts
oh man i'm not going down that road til my BFP. Partially because I'm superstitious and partially because I'm easily overwhelmed by stuff like that. I was definitely NOT one of those 'secretly plan the wedding before he proposes' kind of gals Obviously this is different but i'm holding off shopping for the moment.
apricot / 368 posts
@alison206: Hahah. I actually let myself look at strollers twice so far.... (I'm very superstitious). The last time was just recently too =) I'm not looking at prices or brands, just colors and patterns and stuff (I have always wanted to be team green, but I have decided I don't like very many gender neutral things... I still think I'm gonna be team green though). I just Googled them, and my favorite is City Elite. =)
cantaloupe / 6730 posts
@sslm: Thanks! I was working with all guys up until 6 months ago. Now it's almost all women.
@dharmainitiative: Yeah, CO was all over our news in Canada too. But it's not like it only happens in the US. There was a shooting at mall in Toronto a couple of weeks ago and there was that shooting in Norway a few months ago too. There are nutjobs everywhere. We just have to remember that most people are good people.
Shark week-lol!
@alison206: I'm not looking at gear either. That definitey won't help keep the crazy away. BUT, I do have a Pinterest folder full of Nursery Inspiration.
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@dharmainitiative: I didn't realize it was from I Love You Man, LOVE LOVE LOVE that movie!!! Clearly have watched it recently enough Yes. Definitely come to Canada!!! We're not doing too bad up here.
grapefruit / 4079 posts
@dharmainitiative, @grace, @jojogirl: My researching/online shopping started with our BFP and its hard to stop afterwards. When I was initially grieving I wanted all baby stuff out of sight and stopped for a few weeks but picked back up recently.
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@alison206: Sigh. We bought one before we miscarried because it was a super deal. It's a Phil & Teds but I don't know the model, it's hidden in the darkest part of our basement.
grapefruit / 4079 posts
@sslm: It's hard. A friend of ours gave me a medela breast pump that I tucked into our attic along with some books I bought at the school book fair. I'm starting to get back to the point where I can research and not get angry because I should be buying. Only hubby knows how much I look
apricot / 368 posts
@Grace: Ugh, what happened in Norway was awful. Absolutely awful =( Its year anniversary was today depending on your time zone, doesn't it feel like it was just yesterday? My family is from Norway. You're right, there really are crazy people everywhere.
@sslm: I've always like Canada. I've been a few times, mostly just crossing the border from North Dakota so I've only seen Bossevain, Brandon and Winnepeg but what I saw I loved!!!!!! It's so peaceful and people are so nice. Haha.
@alison206: I'm so sad for you =( That post made me sad. You guys will get your sticky baby!!!!!
grapefruit / 4079 posts
I know its not over till its over but I am so crampy I feel like bitchy AF is coming to visit. Sigh.
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@alison206: Haha, sorry to laugh, but crampy at 4 dpo doesn't mean that AF is coming. In fact, that's way too early to be AF. Don't give up yet.
cantaloupe / 6397 posts
@dharmainitiative: Oh and those are nowhere near the best cities! In fact I would never in a million years live in Winnipeg!!!!
grapefruit / 4079 posts
@sslm: I'm not real sure how it all works. Why cant AF show up st 4dpo? I ovulated so late and I used to have 32 day cycles.
