My chart sucks. Day 35 and still no ovulating. Does anyone think that my temps evening out could be a good sign it might happen soon? Or is that not a thing.

These charts can be so confusing to me. Are there some dates not showing on the chart because I only see 25 days. Based on what I see, it looks like you ovulated on CD 18-19, but you didn't have EWCM so I'm not 100% sure. I hope someone else can have better insight for you

Are you recently off BCP? My first chart off BCP looked similar....long and mountainy. It did end up evening out a bit and I think that's a good sign! Although Im not sure it means you will O soon. How long are your cycles typically?

@BabyBoecksMom: oh the days that aren't showing are when I wasn't temping! I definitely haven't ovulated yet! My cycle is pretty f'ed up

@Portboston: nope, haven't been on BC for years. I just always have stupid long and unpredictable cycles. They can range anywhere from 35-60 days

You def haven't O'ed yet, but your chart can't really tell you when it's coming...just when it did already. You might get a dip before.

That's SUPER frustrating Im sorry. My cycles were +40 days and I finally was able to get them shorter (turned out I had a slightly underactive thyroid) with thyroid meds & seed cycling, so they went down to about 30-35 days. Have you spoken with your Dr. regarding your cycles?

@Portboston: I have in the past but I got pregnant really quickly so never really looked into it further. This time TTC #2 has taken much longer and I made an appointment in a couple of weeks.

For cycles that long, in addition to having your thyroid checked, you might also ask for your progesterone level to be checked.

@sslm: have you tried temping vaginally? My charts looked like that, occasionally with a jump obvious enough to say for sure when O was but often I only got dotted crosshairs. I switched to vaginal temping and whoa, super even temps and a super clear jump. Doesn't help your long cycle problem, but will at least make it easier to read the charts, which I found super comforting.

@sslm: it really made such a huge difference for me. Expect your temps to be overall a little higher though.
