Has anyone used any of the Circle and Bloom mind/body programs? I'm considering this one for my IUI cycle next month, but it's kind of spendy! Do you recommend it?

Following! No advice, but I'd try just about anything at this point.

Never even hear of that until now. I just did the acupuncture which was a type of meditation and had calming effects. I would do it again if I were to undergo IVF again. Have you done acupuncture?

I've never actually used it, but I read some of the descriptions for each day and tried to do my own meditations with it in mind the cycle I got my BFP!

I used both the "Natural Cycle" and the PCOS one. I liked them, they're definitely good stress relievers.

I have the IUI/IVF one. If you wait for infertility awareness month in April, they usually offer a 30% discount.
I know a couple months ago, they sent me an email with a 15% discount code.
I see my accupunturist about once a week, so I don't think I would do both accupunture and circle & bloom on the same day because accupunture relaxes me already. There are days, like last week, where I was very overwhelmed with my recent BFN and the start of my IVF journey and I need stress reduction. My accupunturist couldn't see me but a HB friend suggested to listen to my C&B CDs. I forgot to, but I need to remind myself to use them on a regular basis. I have them loaded on an old ipod. I need to load them onto my iphone, so I always have them handy.
You can see if this discount code still works. http://boards.hellobee.com/topic/15-off-circle-and-bloom-meditation-programs-for-ttc-pregnancy

I always found them so relaxing that I fell asleep by the end.
If you subscribe to their blog or mailing list, though, they have occasional codes for a significant percent off. It's worth it!

@spaniellove: Maybe I'm ultra-tired but I swear I would only make it through the first 5 minutes every single session.

I think they helped. I listened to them religiously for 2-3 months. They are definitely relaxing, and made me feel more relaxed about TTC for a few months. The first month was the best, but eventually I had a hard time listening to them, since it was a reminder to me that I still wasn't pregnant.

@Jenn23: yep! I've been doing acupuncture. Going this afternoon, in fact.
