Anyone do Citrus Lane? Do you like it? Best I can tell its like wittlebee but for books, toys, etc. rather than clothes.

I got a gift box from a friend when we announced our pregnancy. Not sure how the monthly subscription would work though. But our gift box was nice.

My friend bought a few boxes and really liked them a lot! I've never bought any of those "boxes" but I'd be curious about a non-clothing one. I don't really like the clothing boxes. =\

i looked this up when i saw your post. and i saw it for 50% off for first box, so i just tried it and got my first box. i actually like it and got more than the $12.50 i paid for. not sure if it's worth the full price though. depends on how much the discovery toner from pangea organics is retailed at. if it's $20, then i got about $40-45 worth of stuff for $12.50.
first package, i got a book, tambourine, little buddy wipes, tooth gel (i needed this!) and the discovery toner from pangea organics.

I won three months worth and it was fun to open but not worth the money. A lot of their estimated value seemed way off and I really only loved one thing from each box.

@tequiero21: This was my first box too, but with lip balm instead of toner.
I'm a fan. I like that the items are full sized. I had a few half-price Bluum boxes, but it was so annoying to pay so much for sample (sometimes deluxe sample) sizes.

@tequiero21: Me either! It was terrible. I love subscription boxes though. Bluum now sends full-sized products, so maybe I'll go back to that.

I actually really like these! I love that products are full sized and so far items we received were items we either didn't have/hear of before or things I had wanted to get but never did/would buy myself (ex. This month we got the aroma therapy pillow from Cloud B and I have looked at this before for LO since he doesn't sleep well but didn't want to spend the money on). We were gifted the subscription from my mom and she used a coupon code so each month only comes down to ~$16.50 including shipping and so far every box has been worth well over that price point!

@anbanan15: I know you didn't ask me but... March was my second box. I got a teether (LO has never really needed these), Weleda weather protection cream (nice), disposable feeding kit (I hate disposable stuff like this), a coupon to JustFab (umm... No), Nutureme food packs (this should be in a younger child's box, not a 10 month old's), and WeeGallery art cards (this will be nice for later). Pretty disappointing.

@Weagle: I thought the just fab was a ridiculous add in for mom! I saw a blogger said that you get half off anyway with your first order so that coupon can't even be used. Our box is for a toddler and we got the aroma therapy pillow from cloud b, wee gallery tattoos (I think LO, even at 23 mo, would have enjoyed the art cards), a mud puppy puzzle that he adores and a squeeze pouch which he can't even eat due to allergies and was given to a friend. Overall the value of our box was more than the cost even with removing the food item and just fab card so it is still a win to us. I agree some months the boxes are amazing and some are just okay, but LO is already getting excited when he sees the Citrus Lane box in the mail and this was only our 3rd month.

@Weagle: @anbanan15: yup, I got weagles exact box. I had previously gotten an email from citrus saying how great the march box was and I got it expecting it to be great... It really sucked....
