What would you bring to a class reunion pot luck picnic when you have been reserved the cookies/bars? I have 5 hours to go shopping make them and get to my reunion. Fyi it will be hot today. Thankfully I have a small class so I will only need one or two items to bring.

What about the fruit pizza you can make with sugar cookie dough? You can use premise dough, buy pre sliced fruit or cut up yourself and I think the frosting is just cream cheese and sugar. Something like this...

@tlcbaby: that reminds me of dessert bruchetta
Raisin Bread topped with marscapone cheese topped with strawberries and sprinkled mint. I whip a bit of honey in the cheese to make it sweeter. And I add vanilla extraxt to the sliced strawberriers.
If I were going I would bring:
Toffee blondies
Baguettes topped with Nutella and sprinkled with thick sea salt
Oatmeal cookies
Chocolate chip cookies -

Thanks for your input ladies! I will reserve the fruit pizza for another day. I went with a classic PB bar and those thick frosted cookies from the bakery. I figured that would show that I actually gave a damn a little & cover my butt on the little kiddos...hahaha they will be so full of sugar!
