Have you ever watched? I was watching on Netflix yesterday, and I didn't realize how funny/sarcastic some of it was!!! I forgot that Kermit was originally on SS too.

A while back, DH and I watched some of the first episodes. They must have really been on a budget, because there were so many mistakes, and they just left them all in! People messing up their lines, etc. It has evolved so much
