@Andrea: I don't.. but it's nice tasting. I don't think I could drink it every day. But it's a nice treat.

I tried it once when I was dealing with morning sickness (because I heard it was good for nausea) and I almost yacked just smelling it! It smelled like dirty laundry water to me. But I'm gonna give it another shot once my nausea goes away completely. I tried real coconut juice once and I liked it. But the coconut water was weird to me.

@banana: The container I'm drinking from is 11.2 ounces and I'm getting sick of it already. I think a 4 ounce container would be perfect.

Yup we all (including LO) like them. At one of the stores here coconuts are only $1 so we just buy them and drink the water and make coconut milk

I only like the flavored ones and have only tried Zico and Vitacoco. I drink one instead of a sports drink when I'm feeling super thirsty and get tired of drinking water all the time.

I love coconut water and drink it all of the time!! I drink it as an alternative to Gatorade. It's dangerous to hear that they sell it in cases at Costco. I may just have my parents pick me up some when I see them next!

I buy VitaCoco at Costco too, and have been drinking it every day during pregnancy as I've started to get leg cramps in the middle of the night.

Is it different than the stuff that comes straight out of a fresh coconut?

@betsyboop: I started drinking it for the same reason! My prenatal yoga teacher recommended it and it works like a charm.

I LOVE CocoLibre! Kroger also sells a form of coconut water, but there are chunks of coconut in there, which kind of kills it for me.

I've never tried it. But I usually only like to drink water with no lemon, no flavor.

I've tried Zico coconut water (bought from Whole Foods) bc I thought it sounded great! But it turned out to be awful. Is that a bad brand? (It was on sale). It made me heave a little. I'll have to try the Naked version. I love coconutty drinks so I was disappointed when I didn't like it

@Cchoi4: Personally, VitaCoco is more tasty with pineapple and tropical fruit flavors. I never liked Zico that much.

Love coconut water. We buy it in bulk. I especially drank it a lot when pregnant and when in labor!

So, what is coconut water? I've had coconut milk to bake with but not the water.
