I have a cold that just seems to be getting worse. I haven't taken much because I don't want to take anything I shouldn't while nursing. What are some medications you take while you have a cold, that are effective, but also ok while nursing?

Theraflu tea, it's got Tylenol, cough suppressant, and a nasal decongestant that KellyMom's website said was safe and didn't impact supply.

@Bao: the new kind of Sudafed is okay--not the kind with suphedrine but the other kind. My doctor said not to take things with multiple ingredients if necessary and just take the 1-ingredient products when necessary.
