The entire week between Christmas & New Year's off

Floating holidays depending upon religion (so if you celebrate Jewish or Muslim holidays you can take off)

@Mrs. High Heels: This is the first year in 7 years that I haven't had that week off and I was hurting.
Also, I worked in higher education and both places had Fridays off in the month of July. So I would do that, too!

I also think we should at least get ONE day off every single month of the year.

I'd give all holidays off. I think it's great when there's at least one extra day off a month, it could be a real morale booster.

Every day that the local schools are off (except spring and summer breaks) because it really sucks for parents to have to take off because the teachers have an in-service day.
