Anyone else? I'd much prefer something in the salted carmel or mint family.

I like the flavor of pumpkin spice, but I think PS lattes are way too sweet! I feel like I'm drinking syrup and it grosses me out. I do like them in theory, though...I guess I could ask for less syrup.

MEEEE! I hate them, and I hate pumpkin pie. I love the smell, but I hate the taste. I agree, salted caramel HC is the best thing ever.

I used to love PS lattes and was excited when they were released in the fall!! Until I had one 2 days ago and it tasted like pumpkin scented air freshner. Blegh!! Maybe because I had it iced...? I do love the salted caramel mocha tho!

I love them, and anything pumpkin flavored, but it's not time for them yet! I have never had one iced because it's a 'starting to get cold and want something hot to drink' kind of drink. Same goes for pumpkin beer (well not hot)-- it's just not time yet. End of September/early October is pumpkin season, not labor day weekend!

I don't...but it could be that the one I tried was made at our "starbucks" in the hosiptal...It was ok, but I prefer my Marble Mocha. I think I am going to try the salted caramel this year though.

Yep, I'm not a Pumpkin Spice fan either... I'm pretty basic when it comes to coffee drinks--black coffee with 2 Splendas!

ha, this just made me laugh, I am on a pumpkin spice latte binge - have gotten one every day since I realized they were back!
this is new though, i never liked them until last year.

@highwire: I agree with everything you just said. Honestly, I hate all things pumpkin.
I don't like this time of year because my favorite food bloggers bombard me with pumpkin flavored things and just thinking about it makes me gag. Last year this time I was going through the gaggy period of my pregnancy and just hearing about pumpkin latte's made me want to vomit. Also, I agree. Salted Caramel Mocha is the way to go!!

I hate pumpkin pie and all things pumpkin flavored! I think it tastes like eating/drinking a candle or air freshener.

I used to love PSL until I became pregnant! The flavor is too intense, I still like my caramel macchiato!

Yuck, me neither. I like the salted caramel one but not the iced one (it's so gross), or peppermint hot chocolate!
Honestly, I liked the PSL until one time I opened the cap and looked in there and saw that it resembles an orange oil slick. No thanks!

Wow! I didn't know about the salted caramel. I love the salted caramel yogurt from pinkberry, and the salted caramel cake from TGIFridays so I'm sure I would love the starbucks salted caramel. Do they have it now? I may check it out at lunch.
I think the PSL is okay, but I agree that it can be really sweet.

Y'all tempted me. Went to starbucks and got the Salted Caramel HC for lunch. It's delicious!
@highwire never heard of Paciugo. Just looked it up! There are none near me (Fort Lauderdale) but there is one 10 minutes from my moms house in Baltimore, and several in Dallas - both of which I'll be going to early next year. Hopefully they will still have that flavor available.

i hate anything pumpkin flavored! i actually love pumpkin candles, but i'm not a huge fan of anything that tastes like pumpkin. plus, i'm a hot beverage traditionalist.

I don't like Starbucks coffee period! I only like their teas! I always see everyone doing flips over the Pumpkin Spice latte- it was like 20 people's FB status this week- but I just think their "Meh."

aghhh I thought I was the only one. I don't mind them but they aren't my top choice. I went into my starbucks on Sept. 4th to get something else and the extremely excited barista said immediately "WE HAVE THE PSL AGAIN!!!" and i said..ohhh...great!! but I've been thinking about a plain latte all morning... haha. i felt bad!

I've never had one! I love pumpkin flavored everything but hate the taste of coffee, so I have never broken down to try one. I also get a carmel apple spice when I go there!

PSL can be really sweet so I got it iced and it was perfect.
If I wanted a hot drink, I would ask for half pump. (I think that's what you do. Baristas- feel free to correct me.)
I love all things pumpkin. I could eat a whole pumpkin pie in a couple days. I could go for a slice right now.
Oh, the salted caramel mocha is good!!! For non-coffee lovers, there's the salted caramel hot cocoa. I want to try that one day.

I could take or leave the PSL, but OMG I go bananas for the Peppermint Mocha. It's my all-time favorite.

I like them with soy milk and half the syrup.
But I work for a gourmet italian coffee company so I am kind of a coffee snob, I don't get Starbucks often!
