We put it on a stool. Sounds like it may be turned up too high.

we put it on the floor, on top of a tote lid. It seems to do the trick.

We have ours on a stand by LO's crib. We run it all night on the low setting and never had anything feel damp. I'm assuming it's too high (like the others have said)

PS we tried out a regular hot water humidifier first and HATED it. I was definitely the brand but it would work well for a few mins and then start spouting boiling water all over the place. JUST what you want in your kids room right?! lol

I just put it on the floor, even though i have read you should not. There's no other space to put it in LO's room.
