So it's our first cycle TTC, and I've been charting so I know my fertile window's coming up in a couple days. Imagine my disappointment today when--as the day wore on--I developed a sore throat and stuffy nose that's been getting progressively worse. I went right to the cabinet to grab some nyquil but stopped myself because I wasn't sure.

Is it bad to take this while TTC? I did google and saw that it's not OK for pregnancy (obvs, contains Alcohol).. but I guess I'm wondering if it'll lessen our chances of success this cycle...
