Experiencing cramping today that feels a lot like AF, just more subtle. Experiencing other PMS symptoms too, like lower back pain and knee pain (as I get older my joints become inflamed during AF - fun). But AF is not due for 3-5 more days. Usually the earliest I get AF symptoms is a day before it comes.

Wondering if anyone ever had cramping before a BFP?

This was our first cycle on Clomid and my first positive OPK (yay!) and we had terrific timing.

This does not feel good but I'm not sure if it's okay to take Ibuprofen (which is what I have with me at work)?
