Does anyone have a good crawfish recipe? Maybe a simple bisque or that kind of thing. Not really finding much online except crawfish boils and stuff. Also how the heck do you cook it? Thanks!

I don't have any recipes but I love crawfish! I went to a crawfish restaurant last night and they were OUT of crawfish!

I love crawfish. I like eating them simple. I normally boil them first until red (that's how you know they are cooked), peel off the shell and sauteing them with garlic in a little olive oil. You can drizzle the dish over rice, yum!
