Does anybody know if crib conversion kits are relatively interchangeable? I have the Emily by DaVinci mini crib.

From what I've heard, they're fit to match the crib itself. they also can get discontinued. we bought ours with our set because of this reason.

@mrsjyw: Our crib was a gift, but even then, the rails cost more than the initial crib did. Ugh.

Like @mrsjyw: we bought the conversion kot with our crib in case it got discontinued by the time we needed it. I'm pretty sure they are specific to the crib.

DH doesn't believe me that we need to buy the rails right now! I'm dreading it. So expensive!!

@Danizaur: LO loves our bed so much more than a crib, so I thought we could convert her crib into a bed and put on the "can't fall out" rails. This way she might sleep in her own bed.

With Davinci, it depends. You can call their customer service.
