Well, he passed on thickened liquids!
He failed regular/thin liquids again (had a delayed reaction, aspirated some), but then took nectar-thick like a BOSS.
Thanks for all the prayers and good vibes! I truly appreciate you all pulling for D. It could have gone better but this is still a great outcome, and a step in the right direction. We'll test for thin liquids again in 6-12 months.

@Mrs. Tiger: Sorry he didn't pass on the thin liquids but it sounds like he has made good progress and things are moving in a positive direction. Can I ask if there is any way to help him learn with the thin liquids, it just seems like something that would be hard to "practice".

@Mrs. Tiger: yay D!! Dylan had a hard time with thin liquids for a really long time (we always thickened his milk with Enfamil AR). Who needs regular water anyway? He can drink that when he's older. :). What are you most excited to try with him?
