PlanetWise - amazing. I had a snap break on a cloth diaper cover, and they immediately sent a replacement. That one had a snap break, too, and they sent a third with a bonus snack bag! and profusely apologized.

Kiinde - my free starter kit was lost by UPS, they offered me another and only having to pay for shipping. I missed the window on that offer and when I asked, they extended it for me.

not so great:

Baby Jogger. I called today because I found out that our double stroller is recalled and I'm trying to sell it. It was recalled for the clip breaking, and being a fall hazard. Well, I was buckling DD1 today and it snapped. When I called, I accidentally reversed two of the numbers in the model and the customer service woman was a total witch. Calling me sweetie and speaking condescendingly, even when I apologized for mixing the numbers up and explaining that I was sleep deprived. Then she gave me attitude when we hung up.
