I've got roughly 6 weeks until my due date and I'm trying to figure out comfy/cute postpartum/recovery clothes to wear those first few weeks when people are coming over to visit all the time. What did you end up wearing the most?
I feel like all my sweat pants/yoga pants are either not really guest appropriate or going to be too tight if I need to wear a big ole pad for a few weeks. No one wants to see that!

I think just putting clothes on in the first place is impressive, and wouldn't worry too much about being presentable

Agreed, you think you will care...but you won't I stuck wit black yoga pants (I bought a few in a size up so they were bigger) with a nursing tank top/button up top/or cardigan I also work flowy tunic tops and leggings.

I wore maternity sweats and maternity jeans with nursing tanks/tops. You could often also find me just in my pjs!
At 12 weeks PP my wardrobe has stayed the same as the above.....

I wore black yoga pants, nursing tank, and a sweater at all times!!
And still do 8 months pp when I get home from work, haha.

My sis got me a pair of nice black yoga pants and a flowy gray top to wear for guests. I also bought a nice cardigan that I could put over nursing tanks.

Honestly, you probably won't care. And even if you do end up putting in effort, you will probably have to change outfits a few times a day if your baby spits up or pees all over you.

I dressed like a slubby bum and I gave no shits. The giant pad only lasted about 5 days. I wore pajama shorts and giant men's t-shirts for months.

I wore track pants and nursing tanks all the time. Honestly, getting 'dressed up' was putting on my 'good' yoga pants.

I wore leggings with nursing tank, scarf, and cardigan every single day. It was easy to dress up or down. I also kept my maternity jeans around for a few more weeks.

Another yoga pants, nursing tank, and cardigan uniform over here. I found a size up in fold over yoga pants for perfectly, or even ones that just for a little big pre preg. I felt a little more dressed in yoga pants than pj pants. For tops I just couldn't be bothered with anything beside the nursing tank.
Full disclosure, C is 3 months old, I fit into a lot of my prepreg clothes, and I still wear this uniform almost every day.
