For me, i bought a rug for our nursery today, but I am holding off on my completion discount for my baby monitor. I have to return stuff to BRU tomorrow so I am going to see if they will honor the online price for the crib conversion kit.

@Maysprout: the Motorola one w two cameras that pans and zooms. Or the one camera pne at amazon. both should be cheaper w my registry completion discount than their Black Friday discount.
I also just bought some stuff at Carter's stacking the Black Friday sale and 25% off coupon I got from registering at BRU.
