What was your first cycle like following a chemical pregnancy or early miscarriage? I thought mine was going to be normal like always since the bleeding wasn't much different from AF. Except I'm on CD24 and have been using OPKs since CD17 with faint lines but no positive. I forgot my BBT for CDs 21 and 22 but my temp has been the same since so I don't think it makes a different. So much for all that BDing... =/

Are you still getting positive HPTs? It may be possible your body is still "resetting". Sorry that this is still ongoing.

I had a MC at 9w.
My cycles were VERY crazy after that, but I O'd each cycle.
I've had 3 cycles since so they went like:
45 days and I O'd on day like...39. So, short LP.
then, 35 days and O'd somewhere after CD 22 (stopped caring after that)
and this cycle is still here and I O'd on CD21 and I am on CD25. -
It took me about 5-6 weeks for my cycle to return after my M/C's (both lost around 7 weeks). I didn't even bother with BBT or OPK for the time period between M/C's and next AF. I really didn't start trying to track anything until I had one full cycle after M/C's.
I'm not sure that helps any since it may be different with chemical pregnancies?

@pui: I haven't tested again since I went for my blood work. That was on Sept. 12 before I even started bleeding. My betas were only 48 at that point so I didn't have far to come back down to normal. The bleeding after was fairly normal too. I noticed some creamy to watery CM last week but have been dry since which usually indicates O. Except for the lack of +OPK or temp spike...
@TurtleDoves: Maybe I'm being naive but I thought since it was so early (5 weeks tops) that I wouldn't have any adjustments. Apparently I thought wrong! How did you know you Oed each time if your cycles were all over the place?

Right after I miscarried, I ovulated at the day I usually did (which was late for me anyways), and I conceived S on that cycle. My bleeding from the MC was pretty heavy.

@LindsayInNY: I didn't think I was Oing, but my doctor kept convincing me that I should keep OPKing and I did, and there it is was: O on day 39. I would've never known if I stopped testing at cd14 haha.
I will say this much though: I spotted ALL throughout the 3 cycles i've had since MC. I never spotted before in my life. -
@TurtleDoves: I haven't spotted or anything. If I hadn't been charting and whatnot, I would've just thought my period was a week late!

I Oed several days later than previous cycles and had a shorter LP. I'm now on my 4th cycle post-early miscarriage and things are still sorting themselves out (although it's not wildly out of whack -- just a few days longer to O and few days shorter LP, but it's still frustrating). Sorry I don't have any good news, it's pretty frustrating

@NorCalWayfarer: Ugh, how annoying. I'm on CD25 and still OPKing in the meantime. As soon as I confirm O, I can start with progesterone which will hopefully prevent a short LP. FX I guess?

@FaithFertility: On CD28 and no O yet. Been using OPKs since CD17 too. My creamy CM was here just over a week ago and then went away. I think it's back now though?
