Anyone have any date night ideas/weekend ideas? How do you and your SO usually spend the weekends?

There's usually something going on downtown that we like to go to on weekends. Food truck rally, arts and crafts/music festival, etc. Of course it's not our date night because we bring LO..... our date nights are on a weeknight and we just go to a quick dinner.

Before our son was born, we were always super busy on the weekends! We used to go out for lunch, stroll around the shopping areas in town, visit friends, take day trips/overnight trips, go to plays.

We had a really fun date night once where we went to dinner and then for a walk around the island where our local ballpark is and played in the arcade.

Hah - that would require us to *ever* go on a date. If we did though, I imagine it would be something normal/boring like dinner.

We haven't done a date "night" yet. But on our last date we went to a early dinner at a restaurant we've been wanting to try.
Next date we're going to grab takeout from our fave Puerto Rican joint and drive down to the Marina and it eat there.
The one after we're going to a movie then grabbing take out to take home and reheat after LO goes to bed!

We like to take our dog for a long walk at a park or trail nearby. Sometimes we take a picnic & sometimes we just get coffee on the way home.

Our weekends are usually spent with LO. We rarely have date nights anymore. Though, this weekend we went out to lunch, got ice cream, and went bowling. It was so much fun! We hadn't been bowling since college.
