Any good recommendations for a sleeping bag for daycare. At 20 mths she's starting to climb out of her PNP during nap time. Is a toddler pillow necessary as well?

We use the ones from Pottery barn and love them! My DS used his for 4 years and it gets washed every week and has held up beautifully!!!
My kids don't use pillows
