OCCASIONALLY, someone may enter your store wishing to buy more than one pair of the same shoes, shirt or pants. It would be REALLY nice if you could offer those items in stock. It's not an unreasonable expectation for you to have more than one of an item in the same size. If by chance you don't have them in stock (which has been my experience pretty much ALL the time), I'm really not interested in paying for you to ship the second item to my house. If I weren't polite, I would tell you where you could shove that shipping charge.
