I need some help! I am committed to bringing a sugar-free dessert to a dessert event and cannot decide what to make. Somebody else is making cheesecake, another will have red velvet cupcakes, a third has chocolate mousse, and another will provide either a lemon tart or caramel bars. I need to bring something that will fit in with this selection, but still stand out.
Here are the things I am thinking of: blueberry shortcake, apple cake, or cream puffs.
Help me decide or suggest something else.
