My current diaper bag was a gift and really not my style. M is 12 months old so I don't need something as massive as I might for a newborn. I've been looking at either the jj cole satchel (which might count as massive - hard to tell) or the jj cole caprice - but I'm not sold. I'd love any recommendations!
What diaper bag do you use? Do you love it?

I have the JJ Cole satchel and it is really big! I love it, but would not get it if I were looking for a smaller bag.

Agree with @autumnlove: I have an LV Neverfull also, and 9 times out of 10, I choose the Skip Hop Versa. I love the adjustable strap because I can wear it on my shoulder or as a crossbody.

I have the LV Neverfull and the MJ Eliza but I prefer the Skip Hop Versa over both! It's a great size and I love all the pockets.

I just ordered the timi and leslie tag along tote. I have 15 month olds and have been trying to find the right smaller bag. Fingers crossed.

I have the jjcole satchel... and it is pretty roomy but I don't think it's overly spacious. And it's so cute!

@MrsF: I just saw that there is a red danzo diaper bag on sale in the classifieds section. I already have one but if I didn't I would totally buy it myself.

Why is a good bag so hard to find?! 
I tried a backpack, and a couple of actual purses. But it seems like diaper bags are the only ones with enough pockets to prevent the bottomless pit syndrome. I also picked up a JJCole Presto bag at Target this morning to try. It looks more like a diaper bag than I would like, but it seems to be holding my gear pretty effectively. My timi and leslie should be here today, so we'll see how it compares.
