Public trash can, preferable in the restroom. If there are no garbage cans nearby then I have plastic bags in the diaper bag and leave them in the car and throw it out when we get home.

We put them in a doggy poop bag first then usually toss them depending on where we are.

I put them in a plastic nappy bag and toss them wherever I can! I definitely do not bring them home if I can at all help it...a couple of weeks ago I left a dirty nappy in my car and forgot about it, gross!

We cloth diaper most of the time, but when traveling we throw disposables in bathroom or outdoor trash cans when we can. If I'm changing her in a nontraditional place (aka on the floor inside a building), we put them in our small wet bag until we're near an outdoor trash can.

I've only ever changed my LOs in public in a place that has a change table, and if there's a change table, there is usually a specific nappy bin. Otherwise, I just throw it in a nappy bag and toss it in a normal bin.

Poop goes in public trash can outside. Pee usually goes in bathroom trashcan or outside.
