Our LO just started sleeping in the real bed---her choice. She was fighting the crib and pointing to the bed in her room, so we just started letting her sleep in the bed this week.

She's always worn sleep sacks, so she's still been wearing her sleep sack in the bed. So far, she's never tried to get out of the bed--she just calls for us when she wakes up (more like scream cries, but that's normal for her). She can walk in her sleep sacks--she's walked all the way to our bedroom before...

Anyway, so has anyone else kept the sleep sack after your baby was sleeping in a bed? Is there a reason not to? I like that I know she's covered (she sleeps in just a onesie and the sleep sack) but doesn't have a heavy comforter around her face. And I *think* it's helping to keep her in bed instead of roaming. But we're also in the "honeymoon" stage of the bed transition.
