We switched from a week of rice cereal to oatmeal cereal yesterday. R doesn't seem to like it as much but we are going to keep at it!

Mine never was a big fan...I think it was a consistency thing. Mixed with fruit or veggies, he would eat it.

My girls didn't like rice cereal or oatmeal, so we did the blw thing.

I've always made my own out of steel cut oats and milk!

My 2nd DD wasn't a fan so we skipped it. I did BLW with her.

I skipped baby oatmeal and just gave her regular old-fashioned oats and she likes it. I usually mix with some fruit and cinnamon.

We tried oatmeal and she spewed it all over me. haven't offered it again!

R has had a rash two days in a row...we will try the oatmeal cereal one more time tomorrow to see if that's the cause. I'm pretty sure the pediatrician said to call if she shows any reaction to the cereals...does that make sense? I may have made that up.

My younger kid hates oatmeal cereal. She didn't like rice cereal. Actually she hated almost everything for awhile. So I'm no help!
