LO isn't walking yet but going to playgrounds and parks and being limited to the swing has made me think that life will be so much easier once my LO can walk.
All of my mom friends have told me to enjoy the crawling stage because life gets a lot busier when LO starts walking. How do you feel?

Easier! I don't see why people say, "you're in for it now!" I love the walking stage.

Easier. She enjoys life SO much more now, she entertains herself easier, she wears herself out more... We're all happier now that she's walking.

Easier!! I love it! It enables him to have a lot more independence and I can let him walk to the apartment or the car. We have more fun playing, he can run and explore- its amazing.

I'm scared to answer! Hahah! Yesterday I would have said easier, but after trying to shop with her today, whining, wanting to explore, cring when I won't let her, I don't know anymore. BUT nothing and I mean nothing will be harder than her newborn stage. I remind myself that and always feel a little relieved after.

Easier but it depends on the day. She hates holding my hand when she walks and likes to run off!

Easier!!! Lugging a 24 lbs baby around everywhere was killing my back! Lol plus she's more independent and happy to explore

Depends on what you are doing. It's easier in that she can move herself and you aren't lugging her around, but harder in that she wants to walk and sometimes it's not the best time.

It gets so much more fun! He is less frustrated, but I am much more frustrated. I can't turn my back on him since he is into everything and constantly trying to hurt himself.
At 18 months he is faster (didn't get to real walking until ~15 months), but is still very slow when we are going places. He is like an atom bouncing off of everything and constantly changing directions. I love it though, I thought he was fun before, it was nothing compared to now.

Way easier and more fun - less of a back ache carrying them around everywhere. My daughter was already into everything when she was just army crawling around, so I'd already childproofed. Walking made life way better.

Easier for the most part for at home and being at the park but it is a pain for grocery store runs because she refuses the cart now and refuses to be held, she wants to walk everywhere but on her own terms. She won't hold my hand so she just wants to run in circles down the random aisles

Defiantly easier. I felt like we had a new baby over night. He was suddenly SO much more independent, in a good way, and really started discovering things and seemed to have lots if fun that he created on his own.

I love the walking stage! It's so fun to see her explore and be able to go where she wants. I even went shopping all day with her and I didn't mind it one bit.

Waaaay easier!!! I feel like life is so much more fun with a walking toddler/baby. I hated when he wanted to crawl around in public and I'm not even a germaphobe.
My LO still loves being in his stroller though and he's a cautious baby that rarely (if ever) runs away from me. In fact, when he walks away from me I just let him because I like to see how far he will go 
.

Easier at home and at the park but harder to visit other friends' homes, especially those without kids. I feel like I'm just following DS around for hours and taking things out of his hands. It's impossible to spend an afternoon at a friend's house indoors. Outside though is so much easier!

The only negative of walking is when she's whiney and clingy I can no longer move away from her. She follows me! haha

It's nice to hear so many people say easier! We're still in the crawling stage, but I feel like so many people IRL love to warn you that the next stage is horrible. It's so negative!

My LO had a middle stage where she walked but only with help. So I'd have to walk around constantly with her, holding her hand. My back killed. So in this case, it got easier.

Sooooo much easier!!
Once they learn how to RUN, however, it does get a bit tough again 
but once they learn to obey the word "STOP!!!" then it gets easier again. Just a little more stress-inducing when there are cars around.
