We were using the nickname we choose for a long time so I went back to using his full name so I would still be used to it when he came haha. DH uses the nickname almost exclusively. ETA: We only use it between ourselves, not around other people.Apparently DH really hates when people refer to him as "Baby" like it is his name (i.e. When Baby comes...) I always tell him it's silly to get annoyed about that because we haven't shared his name with people yet!

Nope! It was weird. I wasn't sold on the name and wanted to make sure it suited him before I got attached to it. And yea, it took a few weeks to put the face & name together.
