First two yes, last one had to switch hospitals because they have a higher level NICU.

Yeah we went with our much further hospital because it had a Level 3 NICU and had a higher risk pregnancy and a short NICU stay. We will be delivering there again for peace of mind.

DD was born in NY, all of my sons were born in TX. DS#1 and DS#2 were born at the same hospital but different OBGYNs, DS#3 was born in a different city. I have had a different obgyn with each pregnancy!

No, different places because we moved. I really preferred the hospital we went to for #2, though!

Same OB all 3 pregnancies, first 2 same hospital (triage and delivery room! how weird, its a HUGE hospital). However, the hospital is opening a new women's hospital so baby 3 will be born in different hospital.

Nope we moved after N was born. We moved again 6 months ago so baby number 3 will be born somewhere different then E.

I had to switch midwife groups with #2 because of insurance. I was so annoyed but luckily there were two groups that delivered at the same hospital. I actually liked the second group better. But then we moved and I didn't make it to that hospital in time and ended up at a random hospital with a random OB. So I was supposed to be at the same hospital but it just didn't work out that way.

With LO1, I delivered closer to work (about an hour+ from home with traffic). It was a nice facility and more modern, but local traffic is pretty bad and parking for visitors was pricey/valet only haha.

With LO2, I delivered closer to home (20 mins away). The hospital's been updated but still not as nice as LO1's birth place. Traffic and parking is easy/free though which is a big plus for everyone visiting and DH having to go back and forth to LO1. I'll deliver there again for LO3.

Yes. I almost had to go somewhere else but wound up at the same hospital and had some of the same nurses, who remembered us! And stayed in the exact same room postpartum! If we ever have a third maybe we will go for a third stay in that room.

Same hospital, experience was ok, could've been better but it's a public hospital and free (plus only hospital available that had a blood bank which I needed).

no. i liked the hospital i delivered in the first time, but have since moved so we are going with a hospital in our area now. I would have for sure switched OBs even if we hadn't moved because i didn't love mine the first time (and then he retired, so there is also that!). I actually went with a midwife this time and am so glad i did.
