Hello - I'm new here & have a question. We are on schedule for an IUI this weekend. We are using Femora, Menopur & Ovidrel. We will use progesterone after the IUI. Is it safe to exercise the day after IUI and in the weeks following? Did you exercise after IUI and during TWW?

I did exercise, although my doctor recommended I didn't. That being said, IUI never worked for me (IVF did).

@bizzy bee: I exercised vigorously throughout my pregnancy, the day after my IUI until the morning I gave birth! I think it helped me stay sane.

I did not exercise after my iui's. The dr didn't recommend against it. I just didn't. My iui's failed though.
