I realize this question has been asked a million times, but I wanted to ask once more. So, for those of you who have been pregnant... Do you really feel implantation? Did you notice bleeding?

With my first, I didn't notice anything. I didn't notice anything for my three chemicals, either.
With this pregnancy, I had brown spotting (unusual for me) along with sharp, quick cramping on 8dpo. I got a positive test two days later.

I felt this slight tugging, pulling and pinching sensation all day long at 6 dpo. It wasn't like AF cramps, though and like nothing I can remember feeling before.

Nothing. But I also wasn't looking for / on watch for any symptoms either.

With my 2nd pregnancy, I felt nothing and no spotting.
With my 1st, I felt cramps like my period was coming but stronger about 3 days before my period was due. My sister said that's how she felt too when she got pregnant. No spotting. I remember thinking my uterus feels heavy - if that makes any sense!

Nothing all 4 times...then again, wasn't looking or on watch for anything either.

Only time I've had bleeding that I know about is this pregnancy. I don't remember anything about cramping or bleeding the other 2 times I got a BFP.

I never felt anything, but I did notice implantation spotting both times. It was really slight, but identical both times. I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't charting.

I felt a lot of pinching sensations; not sure if it was implantation or something else!

@blackbird: haha, your reply made me think of the tv show
First pg, I was completely surprised & felt nothing (ended in mc). 2nd was IVF so I was more aware (and of course clinging to every possible symptom) and remember a bit of cramping around that time.

Bleeding with both - totally thought it was my period for a couple days!

I felt cramping the entire TWW and felt a strong pinchy feeling around 7dpo with my first.

I knew when implantation would take place since I did IVF and sure enough the day after our embryo transfer I had quite a bit of cramping over a few minutes or more. I remember laying there thinking that's what it was. Sure enough, less than a week later I had a BFP. No bleeding, though.

9 dpo - had bubbling/slight pinching feeling all afternoon across my lower abdomen
10 dpo - faint positive with FMU. Later that morning, I had CM tinged slightly pink
ETA - I actually had less 'symptoms' the month of my BFP than other prior months, but the bubbling/pinching was SO different that I sort of knew after that

I didn't see or feel anything. I had no idea I was pregnant until I tested.

With my first - nothing.
With my second pregnancy - I had the tiniest bit of spotting at 9dpo and 13dpo. I also very strongly felt fluttering on the right side of my abdomen for 2 days.

I was symptom spotting like crazy and still didn't notice anything. If anything I had less symptoms the month I actually was ku!
