Yes, I followed a plan. I had to do something, I had all these hours and a kid that wasn't sleeping. We weren't doing anything outrageous, it was literally just the EASY plan, but I needed something to get through those days. You know, Happy Mom, Happy Family. It helped my son, as a side benefit.

we stuck to the EASY routine pretty intensely with DD1 and it was great. i didn't worry about timing necessarily, but as soon as she woke up, i fed her immediately! now we DD2, we do the same thing, but i'm not so rushed to get her fed right away. i do like it though because it lets me know where we are in our day, like, i know she's crying because she's hungry, or tired, etc.
i couldn't do BW with 1 kid and definitely can't with 2! i am not a scheduled person and it would drive me crazy to try to be with 2 kids. i know some friends that thrive on it, so good on them, but i'm a better parent when i'm not looking at the clock like that.

No plan. DS was completely unpredictable until he started day care. DD was ok with eat-play-sleep for a while, but by the time I sort of work out when she likes to nap, she changes it up on me.

No real plan, just went by cues. I was aware of EASY and it made sense to me, but I didn't follow it in a regimented way.

We did easy with both but were much stricter with dd who happened to be the fussier baby but the sort of better sleeper. Ds we just go with the flow all day, and have a loose schedule for bedtime and he's three months. When we're done traveling we'll probably have a better routine.

We loosely followed the book "12 hours sleep by 12 weeks". DS1 slept 12 hours a night fairly regularly at 10 weeks and DS2 slept 12 hours a night by 14 weeks. DS1 is almost 3 now and still sleeps 12 hours a night with no problem.
Neither of them ever CIO or anything either. We found the method pretty intuitive and simple.
That being said, they were both FF.

We somewhat follow EASY. Unfortunately, he's still a snacker all day long (eats every 2 hours) because he has reflux and can't take a lot of ounces at a time.
