I had a friend with a heart shaped uterus. Her baby was a bit growth restricted but was born healthy, at a very respectable weight!

@Beyond2: My nieces and nephews were also all born a little early (especially the oldest ones) but all were perfectly healthy. The first one was 6 weeks early and only hospitalized over night. We were shocked he went home so soon!

What do you mean by abnormally shaped?
Mine is tilted if that counts and I didn't have a hard time ttc the 2x I have gotten pregnant (1 sticky 1 not).

I have a heart shaped uterus and had no issues getting pregnant twice. My current "issue" is borderline DOR affecting my fertility not my uterus.

Mine is heart shaped, but I'm not sure to what extent though. I've had two successful pregnancies and TTC was *relatively* easy.

I have a tilted C shaped uterus, no issues with #1 and they assured me it should cause no issues when trying again.

@babycanuck: My friend has a heart shaped uterus. She didn't have any real problems, but baby was breech because of it.

I discovered I had an inverted uterus during an initial fertility exam. I got pregnant and gave birth the old-fashioned way. I did read that elevating the hips don't work (what I was doing) and laying on your stomach does after DTD. That's what I did when we got our BFP (most likely just coincidence, but thought I'd mention it).
