The day my LO was born was the first time I changed a diaper! Did you have a lot of experience before you had a baby?

Only when I was much younger. I didn't change a single diaper until RJ was 1 month old. I was terrified of his circumcision wound... AND of the penis!

I've changed hundreds of diapers from being a nanny. I cannot wait to see my husband change his first diaper though!

I have been an NICU nurse for almost 6 years, I would hazard a guess that I have changes thousands of diapers! DH on the other hand has never changed one!

Geez how did so many of you ladies luck out with not changing too many diapers! I worked in an infant room at a daycare so i changed many in a single day. I'm also a nanny now so I'm still changing them daily!

Just a weekend with my preemie nephews about a year before our boy came along. It wasn't hard at all to get into the swing of things.

I've babysat a 6-9 month old (full-time), my oldest godson, another quasi-nephew, done nursery duty at church (everything from newborn to toddler), changed other babies from time to time... I wouldn't say I've had a ton of experience, but I'm decently proficient.

I changed a few diapers when I babysat my neighbors back when I was in high school. Those were never infant diapers though, so I'm sure I still have some learning to do. I don't think DH has ever changed a diaper.

I've only ever changed one...and it was a pee diaper.

I had experience, my husband didn't have any, and I wish I would have taped the first time he changed DD diaper. I was laughing to the point of tears.
