Did you have any side effects or symptoms after your trigger shot? If so, what and when did they begin?

Yes. Every single one under the sun. I felt pregnant at 4dpo. My breasts were so sore that taking a shower hurt. I knew I couldn't feel real symptoms then, but that's how strong the side effects were!

I had pregnancy symptoms up until the day I got my period. And it was AWFUL.

I don't remember having any side effects from the trigger. I was pretty sore from my egg retrieval so I might not have noticed.

I don't think I had any side effects from my ovidrel trigger, but I definitely had every single one when I started progesterone! My boobs killed me. It hurt to wear a bra, I didn't want anything touching them.

I had exquisitely sore breasts 12-24 hours after the trigger for my IVF cycle.
I don't remember having any symptoms after my triggers for IUIs...but I think that may have been a lower dose.

So basically I'm gonna have another whole week of symptom spotting... Never had progesterone side effects so I think this is the Ovidrel, if anything. Whatever I'm gonna keep pinching my nipples until next Tuesday

@LindsayInNY: it's been 3 or so years since I took it, but doesn't ovidrel put like 10,000 hcg in your system? That's a hell of a lot of pregnancy hormone! I didn't hit that level until 5.5 weeks with current pregnancy, so I think a lot of the side effects may just be because it's a huge hormone dump. Of pregnancy hormone, no less. I definitely felt SO pregnant after that shot!!! I took it 2 cycles I think? Definitely felt big sore boobs and major bloat!

Mah brain is rusty but I'm pretty sure ovidrel is 10,000 hcg, and that's what you've got to let drop down if you're "testing it out."

I did have side effects. I had nausea right away the night I triggered. I also got sore, swollen breasts. The swollen boobs went away then came back (bigger) after I found out I was pregnant. I also had terrible acne on my neck and jawline that finally went away, but that could've been the progesterone.
Honestly, the only real pregnancy symptom I had before my BFP was implantation cramping 3dp5dt..

I don't think I've had any side effects from the trigger.
It's been a long while since I've had sore boobs. I don't even know what pregnancy symptoms to expect anymore. I was super bloated during my last cycle. I don't think it was the trigger.

I dont have any symptoms from the trigger shot. I have had sensitive nipples and a little bit of sore boobs, but that started a few days after I started the Gonal shots. No new feelings after my trigger last night.

I felt awful after my trigger! I had bloating, gas, indigestion, I was SO sleepy and just in general felt like crap. I hate it!
