I just did my first one, and it was such a...*new* experience!

I haven't gotten to this point yet so I won't vote. But I will be giving any shots to myself. My DH is scared of needles!

I did it myself, but I have my husband close by to cheer me on
I start to get a little freaked out when the needle is about to go in.

Did it myself...I've become quite proficient in stabbing myself with needles at this point.

I did all my shots. DH couldn't even watch! He's a big baby

if DH was home he did it, if not i did. i preferred that he do it because it made him feel involved in the whole process and it took just a tiny bit of pressure off of me!

I did my own subcutaneous shots (like Ovidrel), but DH had to do the intramuscular trigger because I couldn't reach around to my butt.

I was the big baby so i had my DH do it. But it really hurt when he did it. I think he was trying not to nurt me so he did it slowly or without enough pressure so it was pretty uncomfortable.

Just like @spaniellove, I did all of my subcutaneous shots myself and DH did my intramuscular shots.

I had a few in the RE office but the last one DH did since I couldn't reach it. It was during my work day so he came to my office. We locked the door, he gave me the shot, and left pretty quickly. People probably wondered what was going on!

Despite hubby's fear and worry about hurting me, he was awesome. Same as @spaniellove
