@Kaohinani: Thanks for starting the November thread.

Cycle Day: 5
TTC Cycle: 2
Ovulation Date: Only an estimation as my cycles are still regulating, but I think I ovulated on CD23 last cycle, so I think this cycle it may be anywhere between 29/10 - 04/11, however we will start BD EOD from CD16 (25/10). I'll also be temping and charting CM to confirm.
POAS Date: Based on my last 34 day cycle, probably between 12-15/11, will confirm later on in my cycle.
Baby #: 1!

I'm excited for this cycle as DH seems more eager to actively try. Also, my sister in law just found out that she's pregnant with baby #2, so if this is our month, excited that our babies will be close in age. They will be the 3rd and 4th grandchildren on my side of the family, and mine will be the first on DH's side ️

I'm skipping this month but still want to follow along and cheerlead. Will be back in the TTC game next month for another frozen embryo transfer.

Ugh so I’m anxious about ttc . I was really trying to avoid this feeling being that it’s the second time around.., but I can’t help it! Anyone else like this? Also,
I’m still breastfeeding LO #1 so I’m not sure if that makes my chances less likely or not...

Just got to work after my dr appointment. We are throwing everything at it and seeing what sticks.

One kind of progesterone (provera) for 2 weeks to reset my cycle, going up to 5 mg Femara on my CD3 after the first progesterone cycle. Then another kind of progesterone (prometrium) 3 times a day for 2 weeks after ovulation to support LP.

So my new dates are:

Cycle Day: CD 2 of dud period
TTC Cycle: 20/21 if I'm counting periods
Ovulation Date: Nov 18 ish I think
POAS Date: November 28?
Baby #: 2

@yellowbeach: based on my pile of papers, it looks like they're all oral. ughhhh, I think I'd rather stab myself

@Kaohinani: BAHAHAHAHA! I was traumatized the first time I had to give my son Tylenol in a suppository form, so I made my husband do it the next time and he messed it up, so I was forever stuck with the job

@Kaohinani: He held it for too long trying to mentally prep himself for it when I told him to just shove it in. It kind of melted and didn't work well, just a greasy smear on his poor little butt.

@Kaohinani: I feel like you’re the one who will know this, so thought I’d ask you before googling lol. Does high estrogen potentially create ewcm? I have soooo much today (cd 6 or 7 depending on how I count it) and I’m wondering if it’s possible that the cyst they saw yesterday was actually a follicle almost ready to ovulate?
The weird thing about the cyst was that it was on the right side, and I didn’t have anything growing there last month (both follicles were on the left), so I wonder if it’s possible.
I’m probably just thinking crazy, but I’ll take an opk this afternoon just in case

@Kaohinani: Sam was 9 1/2 lbs at 39 weeks, with my luck i would have 7 lb triplets, and there isn't any coming back from that!

@Kaohinani: thank you for the encouragement! It’s good to hear of women who have had success conceiving while breastfeeding. I’m down to breastfeeding AM & PM now and I’ve been getting my period for the last 3 months. Do you think it’s possible to have an anovulatory cycle even if the an OPK detects an LH surge?

It’s funny because I was just going to go into TTC #2 being much more laid back without using the OPK and Preseed (which I’m convinced did the trick for baby #1) but that last about 2 seconds!

I completely agree about hyperawareness of one’s body and the thoughts and feelings that come with that. It’s so stupid but I think I actually developed anxiety about having anxiety TTC because it is such an emotionally taxing journey!

Gotta remind ourselves to breathe and relax! (Easier said that done! )
