Dr wants me to try cutting out dairy, nuts, and eggs (in that order of importance) since my BF son is having yellow & green mucusy poops. She says those are the top 3 intolerances she sees in BF babies.

Eggs is easy. Dairy is almost impossible, but could be a lot easier if I would have peanut butter. It opens up like 5 more meal options, and thus would allow me to go more dairy-free. So I'm going to try to find a balance, to start.

Did you have to eliminate nuts while BFing? I'm especially interested in answers from moms who had to cut out other items.

For what it's worth, DH & BIL are allergic to peanuts & tree nuts, so there is a family history.
