My husband and I follow a Paleo diet so we don't really eat peanuts except very rarely. He suggested I eat a bit of peanut butter for the last few weeks of pregnancy and while breastfeeding so that our baby is exposed to them through the food I eat to potentially avoid allergies.
I'd like to do a little more research to find out if it does make a difference, but I just wondered if anybody here had an opinion on this. It wasn't something I had really thought about until he brought it up.
