We bought several trays of arugula, kale, various types of lettuce, squash and zucchini plants at the farmers market this wkend. So excited to have home grown produce! I hope they all survive

We planted 4 hydrangea bushes. I can't wait for them to grow and bloom!

A hydrangea bush, new flowers, and a vegetable garden.
The dogs are actively digging up the vegetable garden, though. I don't have high hopes of much surviving.

We planted a whole new garden in our front bed - phlox, michaelmas daisies, gladiolas, asters, and a few other things. The glads are poking through now and I hope we're still around to see them bloom!

In our flower beds and pots, we planted zinnias, citronella (for mosquitoes), lantana, morning glories, sweet potato vine, petunias, coral roses, peach roses, and some hens and chicks.
In our herb box we planted rosemary, cilantro, basil, mint, lemon balm, and oregano. In our veggie garden we planted cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, bell peppers of all colors, purple okra, onions, and green beans. I'm excited and hope it all lives!

Just planted some basil and mint in our herb garden, and we'll plant flowers and more herbs next weekend.
