Nope... One mega push & no poo. I did ask though bc I thought I did. Lol

@blushink: I labored on the toilet! So when it came to push, there was nothing to push out except baby! I had to push for 2 hours. -.- Hope I only have to push twice with #2!!

@runsyellowlites: I thought I pooped when I delivered the placenta! Totally felt like I did! haha.

I said no in the poll, but I did poop BEFORE pushing. I pushed for 3 hours! but I guess poop slipped out before pushing started. I didn't even know til afterwards.

No, and I couldn't have if I wanted to. Twice I asked them to unhook me from the monitors so I could pee and I couldn't, so I had to get a catheter each time. I never felt like pooping, and actually didn't poop for 6 days after going to the hospital!

nope because i pooped before i went into labor both times! my body knew that i should be poop-free haha!

@pastemoo: I didn't poop for more than a week after delivery. I was terrified and had to do suppositories and was really close to an enema. I was on stool softeners but the painkillers I was on were constipating me too. So I didn't poop on my own until after I stopped taking them.

I didn't, but only because I got an enema right before they induced me.

@mrs. wagon: YIKES! Yeah, I refused all the painkillers, and took the stool softener. I was pretty freaked. When I finally pooped, I yelled to my DH and he gave me a high five.

Ugh, that is one thing I don't want to know! I've already told DH that if I do, I don't want to know about it. He's planning on staying up by my head so hopefully if I do, he won't notice it either! I also like the idea of labouring on the toilet for as long as possible....hopefully my body clears itself out beforehand but I know I'm going to worry about it regardless!

I was really, really paranoid about it!! haha but while I was pushing I felt like I had to and in that moment I totally didn't even care, I was like, I'm pushing and somethings gotta come out - I don't care what! lol but I didn't poop.
I also was having early labor the entire week prior to delivery and had really bad diarrhea - to the point that my poor butt was raw and so sore I couldn't sit on it. So I guess it was my body cleaning me out too.
After the birth, I didn't poo for 5 days either! I was so scared to, but the first time wasn't even bad. I didn't get hemorrhoids/constipation until 3 weeks post partum.

According to dh, no. But I wouldn't be surprised if he lied to make me feel better.

I asked DH and neither of us noticed! I didn't ask, I'm not sure what happened, but I didn't feel like I pooped. It took 5 days pp for me to finally go again.

I was so worried I would, but I'm pretty sure I emptied everything out while laboring at home. Gross, I know!

Yes, a lot. Not my favorite thing, but not a big deal, they see it every day. Labor happened so quick that my body didn't have a chance to clear things out ahead of time.

Nope because I never pushed. It was one of my biggest fears, though, lol!
