My LO slept in a Pack n Play bassinet in our room for the first 4.5 months before moving to a crib in her own room.
I still don't know where I want Baby 2 to sleep..gotta make up my mind soon!

Nope he was in a bassinet next to our bed until he was 4 wks old, then we moved him to the crib. he was too noisy!

My LO slept in her crib from day 1. I think it made it easier since there was no stress about transitioning her later.

@hilsy85: Lol, my husband could never STTN when LO was in our room...she was noisy! He thinks we should put LO 2 in her room from the start.

no he slept in our room until he was 3.5 months old. i loved being able to wake up and see him was soooo sad to move him to his crib!

& no.He never slept in our arms or in our bed.
At night: in the bassinet part of his PnP until 4w and then crib.
During the day: crib for naps...unless he refused, then we did the swing or car seat.He was very familiar with his crib from day one. I set him in there during my showers (baby monitor on) and try every single nap in there.
At 4w he moved in there and now he can't STTN in anything else! At this point (17w), he can't even nap anywhere else...not my arms, not his swing..with #2 i'll do the exact same...PnP for about 4-8w and then crib. Naps in crib though.

Nope! Baby slept in an Arms Reach co-sleeper for a few days, then a Snuggle Nest or my arms for a few weeks. Once she was big enough to nurse while I was lying down sideways, we slept next to each other in bed. At 5 months is when we moved her to the crib.

Yes, crib from day 1 but her crib is in our room since our place only has one bedroom.

Ds stayed in a small crib next to my bed until he was 4-5 months. Just easier with nursing. Once he was STTN he moved to his own room and crib.
Dd'scrib is in our room cause we only have a 2 bedroom apartment and ds is in one. She'll get her own room once we buy a new house. No idea when that will be!

No, he slept in our bed and/or the Pack n Play in our bedroom until he was 5.5 months old before we transitioned him into the crib.

Nope. He slept on a nb lounger the first month then.swotched from pnp in our room to.his crib...fully transitiones at 12 weeks!

Crib from night 1 but her crib is in our bedroom. We took a picture of her first night and she was looked so tiny in the massive crib (even though she was on the bigger side!)

J was in a bassinet in our room or in his swing in our room for the first 2-3 months but he had horrible gas issues and was extremely fussy so it was more of a convenience thing for us!

He slept in a bassinet in our room until 10 weeks, then we moved him to his crib in his room. My maternity leave was over so I thought I might sleep a little better if I didn't hear every grunt or wiggle.

Crib in her room from Day 1 at night. For naps I put her in different spots depending on where I am in the house and go about business to get her use to sleeping in different places/with noise.

She slept in her bouncer on our floor for about 2 weeks and then it was her crib inher own room.

Slept in nap nanny for 3 months then PNP for another month in our room then at 4 months started to sleeping in the crib. However his sleep has only gotten worse so we co sleep now.
I think for my #2 I will try the crib from day 1.
