Lots of birth control questions today! 
I definitely want to wean Olive. I would today if it were easy! I wouldn't mind holding onto the morning and evening feed, but I think with Olive it has to be all or nothing because she's a milk addict.
So I'm wondering how much your milk supply was affected -- if at all -- when you went on birth control. Maybe if my milk dries up, Olive will want to wean!

No, I was really worried about it but my supply was not affected by the mini pill.

It definitely reduced my supply (I took the mini pill), so I stopped almost as soon as I started . . . even though my OB told me it shouldn't/wouldn't impact my supply.

I took the mini pill and it did affect my supply. However, I only gave it a chance for about 5 days because I was only 7 weeks PP and was FREAKING out that I would dry up and not be able to BF anymore. I think it's rare though...

@Bao: Yep. It was just one more layer of frustration in my BF efforts. We pushed through, but it has definitely been uphill the whole way.

Nope, the mini pill didn't effect my supply.. or it didn't enough for me to notice it!

I was on the minipill and the switched to the regular pill after dayweaning around 13 mos. I have now been on it for 6 weeks and still have enough supply for morning/evening/latenight sessions. LO seems satisfied and i still feel fuller during the day, so it hasnt dried me up yet!

Nope, not at all when I was on the mini pill. What effected my supply was starting work 2 months later.
