We've had 2 motorola video monitors for about a year. One just stopped working - not sure if it's the camera or the monitor. And the other one only works if it's plugged in.
Too bad because they were great monitors! Previously my summer infant monitors broke too, so maybe all video monitors just suck?

Our Levana one broke. It never got as long of a range as it claimed it would so I should have just sent it back right away. The battery life was about 5 minutes and then it stopped working completely when LO was a year even though we barely used it. LO usually slept downstairs while we were downstairs and upstairs while we were upstairs so we didn't even use it once a week.

our summer infant has been going strong for two years. the first one we had broke within 2 months and the company replaced it.

Our Summer Infant has been broken for some time. We were just looking at getting the Motorola, but man that's a bummer to hear they also break.

Oh no! That sucks that it broke for you. Did you buy it with your credit card? You might have an extended warranty on it!
