I had my sister and DH in the room. We also had a student nurse LOL she was pretty much there the whole time I was pushing, the doctor and my L&D nurse were in and out of the room.

Just DH for sure! When I'm in labor I don't liked to be talked to, touched, have my back rubbed, or anything else. I know I'm weird but I deal with the pain better by myself without all the external distractions. It drives my DH nuts because he is a very empathetic person and I'm like JUST LEAVE ME ALONE! HAHA!!

My DH and BFF. She is very comforting and has been such a support to me throughout my pregnancy so far. I love my mom, but she is a total worrier/full of anxiety so I couldn't have her in there with me.

My stance is - if you were there when the baby was concieved, you can be there when it's born. I think that cuts down the list :))

When I was pregnant I only wanted DH in the room. My mom was okay with staying in the waiting room. But when the time came, my mom and my sister ended up being in the room (along with DH) and I wouldn't have it any other way. They were such a great support system and all three of them worked together to help me as much as possible.

I voted for my dh, mil, sister, and sils because that's who I had with me. My mil is like a mom to me and I'm not super shy, heck there are always about 10 professionals seeing everything anyways lol

I really just want my DH in there (which I know will annoy my mom but she'd really stress me out I think). I don't mind, however, if people stop in early in labor. And I'd really like an hour after delivery of us time before the family was all up in our business.

I voted marshmallows only because I don't have any and I just had hot cocoa and that sounds amazing.
I had DH in there then his mom showed up with her starbucks around 4am and hung out the rest of the time lol! As my OB was stitching me up I realized that DH was having a conversation with a younger guy about their grades in their biology class. I didn't have glasses/contacts on so I just said "Hi. Welcome to my vagina." HAHA! I was SO out of it. DH said that he and the nurses both asked if it was okay (the guy is pre-med) and I said yes but I don't remember it. He was totally respectful though and kind of ignored me totally. Other than that my family didn't come in until after J was here though.
I should add, my MIL is a nurse and I think maybe that's why I was so comfortable with her being there? Originally we'd said that nobody else would be in there but who cares when you just want that damn thing out of you lol

I always said just SO, but when my mom showed up after 20 hours of labor for me and a 3 hour flight for her, I let her in.

My ex-husband stayed in a corner far away when ds was born, my Mom stayed with me.
For Dd it happened so fast my Mom didn't have an option! My husband was happy she was there too, he was so great during labor
